Economically vulnerable families living in a house at risk of energy poverty, who want to improve the conditions of their housing, can apply for the Vale Eficiência program from November 20th. Beneficiaries will be able to receive up to three vouchers worth 1,300 euros (3,900 euros in total).
The Vale Eficiência Program has a total allocation of 130 million euros, of which 104 million euros are allocated to this 2nd Phase.
Where can the Eficiency Voucher be used?
Installation of efficient windows, with minimum energy class “A”, and external sun protection;
Sanitary hot water systems, which use renewable energy, of energy class “A” or higher;
Space heating and/or cooling systems that use renewable energy, energy class “A” or higher;
Photovoltaic systems and other renewable energy production equipment for self-consumption.Quem pode concorrer?
To be eligible, the candidate must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
be a beneficiary of the social electricity tariff (TSEE) or a beneficiary of support for the acquisition of bottled liquefied petroleum gas (Bilha Solidária program);
be an owner, usufructuary or renter and permanently reside in the dwelling with which you apply for the program.
Applications are made exclusively online, using a form available on the Environmental Fund website, starting on November 20, 2023, and ending on October 31, 2024, or as soon as the expected allocation is exhausted.
